Any items purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. But we do ask to be notified three days after you received your purchase if there is an issue.
All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Returned items that are damaged or used can not be accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and a processing fee may be applied. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment.

How to return unused merchandise
- To return an eligible item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your order # and reason for return.
- We will send you a confirmation a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Refund Processing Terms + Conditions
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This generally takes less then 10 business days.
